Our store bears no responsibility for changes in game or platform policies, technical issues on the part of developers, loss of account due to the customer's own actions, or any events occurring after a successful and confirmed delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting evidence
Each request is reviewed individually. The store reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the validity of any claim.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this refund policy in full.
